As an Elementary School Principal, I know first hand that the curriculum does not teach kids how to build momentum to be successful in their goals.

The training I teach is a framework for goal setting and habits. It teaches kids, teens and adults how to take control of their daily decision making, it teaches them discipline so they can achieve the success in curriculum and all other things they are working towards.

Through the practice of training our conscious mind, understanding our reticular activating system, and building consistent habits I work with groups of athletes and individuals of all ages to learn a variety of step by step approaches to building impactful and meaningful habits that can transform the way you work, live and make decisions.

I run workshops, coach 1:1 for transformations, have built a wellness curriculum for administrators in education, and I am the author of “My Personalized Athlete Workbook” that gives each athlete a framework for getting to the next level using goal setting, habits and building a mentally strong routine. I teach athletes how to set themselves apart from the person next to them! Transformation means commitment but it also means believing in yourself.
